This upcoming 4th and 5th of April, Witch Hat Cafe invites you to join its team to share a moment of shy wonder around the franchise of Witch Hat Atelier !
You will be finding anything a Witch's pen can imagine : an Art Market, a crew of Cosplayers of the main cast, delightful activities - all of that followed by more surprises that are to discover at Central Cos coffee shop that will be our temporary home for the Weekend 🖌️☕️So then,Will you be part of this Journey ?

⬖ What is this Event about ?

This Event is a Witch Hat Atelier fan cafe event gathering Merch Artists and a crew of Cosplayers who will be dressed up as the main characters as a celebration of the Anime release in April.

Three elements to know about this Event. It is :
- a free walk-in event, meaning that there are no entrance fees if you are just visiting.
- SFW (safe for work), meaning that there is no adult content sold in merchandise and is for All ages, so visitors need to conduct themselves appropriately
- Spoiler free, meaning that visitors are asked to keep all spoilers for themselves while interacting with others (all kind of major spoilers in early or recent chapters). As this Event is most of all a celebration of the Anime Adaptation, keep in mind that some people might have just started to read the manga.

We already have a full team of both Cosplayers and Merch Artists as the preparations have begun a few months ago. Contributors are working hard so we can deliver you the best experience possible !

⬖ How many people are working for this Event ?

We are a team of 16 people in total including the moderators who have multiple roles ; please wait for details for individual announcements of our contributors !

⬖ Will there be any merch at the Event ?

Yes, there will be an Art market on site where you will be able to purchase directly from the present Artists.

⬖ Will the merch be available for
online purchase ?

Yes, we are planning to sell merch on an online shop especially for the fans who won't be able to attend the Event. International shipping will also be available.

⬖ I know nothing about Witch Hat Atelier / I am not fluent in french, can I still come ?

Of course ! This Event will serve as an opportunity to promote the original artwork for new fans and share its magic with anyone who wants to know more about it, without age restriction.
Most of our contributors can speak English and some completely fluent, so do not worry about not understanding french ! Our team will do its best to guide you and speak in both languages so you can live the needed experience !

⬖ Can I come in a WHA cosplay ? Do I have to cosplay a different character than the main cast ?

Yes, you are welcome to come in Cosplay ! We are curious to see all of your unique interpretations.
You are free to dress up as the same main characters, our Cosplayers crew will all be wearing a badge with their names so you can spot them easily, as they will be at the heart of the organization to host the Event.

⬖ What differencies Merch Artists from Guest Artists ?

Our Merch Artists are in charge of our WHA merchandise sold at the Event and will be on-site to sell them in person !
Our Guest Artists, however, won't be on-site, and contributed mostly in making illustrations for promotional purposes such as freebies.
